(OWCTB3QMSR00GB) The ThunderBay 4 mini is a compact data storage enclosure that you can populate with new or existing 2.5-inch HDDs or SSDs. It’s big on performance and flexibility, yet ThunderBay 4 mini is about the length of a pencil and can weigh as little as 3.1 pounds with drives. The rugged heat-dissipating aluminum enclosure features two Thunderbolt 3 ports for up to 1556MB/s speeds, so you have more than enough bandwidth to handle personal and business backups — all the way up to today's highest resolution audio, photo, and video formats. If you are seeking big RAID performance that's small enough to fit on a desk, in a rack, or on a DIT cart, your wish is now a reality.

(OWCTB4MJB000) Same as the ThunderBay 4 Mini enclosure listed above, except with Thunderbolt 2 ports and no SoftRAID. You can still do RAIDs (0 or 1) through your OS (i.e. Mac would be Disk Utility), but can't do RAID 5. Holds 4 SSDs or 2.5 inch hard drives.

OWC updates their very popular 4 bay Thunderbolt enclosure with Thunderbolt 3 ports. Works with 3.5" or 2.5" drives - no adapter is needed. Removable drive trays. With SoftRAID, you can configure the drive array to be JBOD or RAID 0, 1, 4, 5 & 1+0. OWC claims performance of up to 1500 MB/s. Has dual Thunderbolt 3 ports, so you can daisy-chain to other Thunderbolt devices. Just for fun, they also have a DisplayPort 1.2 port, so you can hook up a monitor to the drive array (requires that the drive array always be plugged into the computer though for that monitor to work). Can support 4K displays. Can support hard drives up to 12TB each. Comes with a OWC Thunderbolt 3 cable. You can hook this drive enclosure up to your older Thunderbolt 1 or 2 computer with the Apple Thunderbolt 3 to 2 adapter. Requires Mac OS X 10.12 or later, Windows 10 or later.
