DV Shop Return/Exchange Policy

Special orders and custom orders are not returnable unless defective.

Please note DJI requires that buyers of their products deal with them directly in the case of defective products and unfortunately DV Shop is no longer able to take back defective DJI products.

Returns/exchanges should be made as soon as possible, no later than within 15 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt. All items to be considered for refund or exchange will be inspected and must be returned in "as new" unopened condition, free of visible marks, scratches, dirt or any sign of use, complete with all packaging materials. Items that have obvious signs of use will not be accepted for return or exchange. Return are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our requirements.

Refunds are made in same method the purchase was paid so please bring your debit or credit card with you.

If a product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible to to allow us to help you with troubleshooting as you only have 30 days to make your return. After 30 days, warranty claims can be made with the manufacturer or distributor of the item and we can supply you with the contact information. Items that are returned as defective will need to be tested and inspected before refunds or exchanges can be made.

Returns on mail orders are subject to all of the terms listed above. In addition, we do not refund the cost of shipping and you must return the order to us at your own cost. We do not cover the cost of shipping returns. Refunds on mail orders regardless of the reason will not be made until the equipment is received and inspected per the conditions listed above.

Software and consumables like tape stock, batteries, dvds, memory cards, etc. cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been opened unless they are defective and if defective must be returned within 30 days.
